Program Overview

Neighborworks Great Falls Down Payment and Closing Cost Assistance is a program for families that qualify for first mortgages from a financial institution. NeighborWorks® has a variety of second mortgage products available to assist qualified borrowers with their down payment and closing costs associated with purchasing a home. Depending on your family income and dependents, these loans can be as low at 1% interest and up to $20,000.

Who is eligible for this program?

First-time homebuyers (not owned within the last 3 years) or single parents with dependent child(ren) or a disabled family member are eligible for this program. For income guidelines, go to http://www.nwgreatfalls.org/incomeguidelines.htm. Liquid assets are not to exceed $5,000 and total family assets are not to exceed $70,000.
